The exclusive decoration of your room has been carefully crafted in every detail. In case of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the corresponding fees to your bill.

In your hotel room, insert your key card into the electrical box located at the entrance to operate the lamps. All electrical outlets in your room are powered 24/7, the electrical voltage of the installations is 220V.

Environment
To preserve the environment, we encourage our guests staying multiple nights to only leave out the towels that need to be replaced each day. This gesture helps reduce the planet's water consumption. We offer complimentary items upon request only: sewing kit, dental kit, vanity set, shower cap, slippers.

Housekeeping
Your room is taken care of by a housekeeper. By hanging the "do not disturb" sign, you indicate that you do not wish to have your room cleaned. Knowing that departing rooms are a priority, if you wish to have your room cleaned before the usual time, please contact the reception at 9. You can also contact the reception to have additional towels, pillows... made available.

Heating
Your room is equipped with reversible heating: you can adjust the temperature to your liking from the control panel located at the entrance of your room.

Laundry/Dry cleaning
A laundry bag and the price list are available upon request at the reception desk.
If you wish to use this service, please hand over your laundry and the completed price list to the reception before 10:00 am (except Sundays and public holidays), for return on the same day at the end of the day.

It is strongly recommended to leave a valid email address so that we can contact you if any items are found in the room after your departure.
